Essential Oil Rosemary
The name of the plant ‘rosemary’ is a combination of the words tree and frankincence, while its Latin name Rosmarinous means rose of the sea. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) belongs to th Lamiaceae family.
It is an aromatic, bushy plant and is a typical species of the Mediterranean flora. Its flowering period is prolonged and gradual from April to August, but it blooms all year round.
1 drop of rosemary essential oil in your tea fights diarrhea and hair loss, while it is the best choice for lethargy, headache, cold, overwork, exhaustion and depression, among others. It is recommended for stomach cramps and flatulence , it opens the appetite and causes the secretion of gastric juices.
Hair loss & dandruff
Add 30 drops of rosemary essential oil to 100ml of laurel oil and massage the scalp or sprinkle the comb with 2 drops of essential oil.
Mouth care
Add 5 to 6 drops of rosemary essential oil to your toothpaste to eliminate bad breath and bacteria.
Cooking
Add 15 drops of rosemary essential oil to 500ml of virgin olive oil and sprinkle over the salad.
Muscle pains
Add 35 drops of rosemary essential oil in to 100ml of almond oil and massage the whole body. If you wake up tired add 1 drop of essential oil to the sponge in the morning shower.
Swollen feet
Add 5 drops of rosemary to 10ml of almond oil and massage the feet.
